Shipping Options & Rates

We currently ship orders within the European Union using the following services:

Hungary

  • Foxpost Parcel Locker: 1–3 business days

  • Packeta Pick-up Points (Z-Box & Shops): 1–3 business days

  • Home Delivery via Packeta: 2–4 business days

 

EU Countries

  • Packeta Pick-up Points or Home Delivery: 3–8 business days

  • Delivery times and availability vary by destination country and delivery method.

 

Final shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery destination and order weight.

 

 

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after receiving your order confirmation. You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has been shipped.

 

 

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Current thresholds are displayed at checkout or on our homepage banners (if applicable).

 

 

Shipping Destinations

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your parcel on the carrier’s website.

 

 

Delivery Issues & Delays

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider, weather conditions, customs processing, or other external factors.

If you experience any issue with your delivery, please contact us at sale@bobstyle.eu and include your order number.

 

 

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to pick up from a locker or pickup point, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.
