Shipping & Orders

To most EU countries. Hungary: FOXPOST parcel locker or home delivery. Other EU countries: pick-up point or home delivery. If your country is not offered at checkout, write to hi@bobstyle.eu.

Every product page shows the shipping rates for your country and the order value for free shipping. You see the final cost at checkout, before you pay.

We pack your order within 1-2 business days. Hungary: 1-3 business days to a parcel locker, 2-4 for home delivery. Other EU countries: 3-8 business days. You get a tracking link by email when your order ships.

Engraving can take up to 2 extra business days. For a photo on the ID-Tag we send you a proof before we engrave.

Write to hi@bobstyle.eu with your order number as soon as you can. We can change the address until the order has shipped.

Yes, until it ships: write to hi@bobstyle.eu with your order number. In the EU you can cancel any order before it is fulfilled.

When your order ships, you get an email with a tracking link. You can also see your orders in your account.

Carrier tracking can take a day to show the first scan. If it does not move for a few days, write to hi@bobstyle.eu with your order number.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 30 days from delivery. The item must be unworn or only tried on, clean, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Write to hi@bobstyle.eu first; we send you the return address. Return shipping is on you, unless the item is faulty or wrong. Full text: Refund policy.

Return the item, and place a new order once the return is approved. That is the fastest way.

No. Engraved ID-Tags, Collar-ID names and other personalised pieces cannot be returned, also not within the EU 14 days. If one arrives damaged or wrong, we make it right at no cost.

Chewing is not covered by the guarantee. Write to hi@bobstyle.eu with a photo anyway: our pieces are modular, so often only one part needs replacing.
