Return & Refund Policy – BobStyle

We want you to love your BobStyle product. If you're not fully satisfied, we offer a 30-day return policy — giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unworn or gently tried on, in clean, resellable condition
  • With original tags and in its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt)

To initiate a return, please contact us at sale@bobstyle.eu. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.

Note: Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard returns and exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, reach out to us immediately at sale@bobstyle.eu, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before ordering.

Exchanges

If you'd like to swap your item for another, the fastest way is to return the original product and place a new order after the return is approved.

EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to a 14-day right of withdrawal. You can cancel or return your order for any reason within 14 days of delivery. The item must meet the return conditions listed above.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note:

  • It may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at sale@bobstyle.eu.
